Sustainability in practice

Project work across measurement, reporting, risk and finance engagements.

Client work is published here once it is approved

CER works under confidentiality on most engagements. A case study is published only where the client has approved what is said about them and where any figure quoted has actually been measured, not estimated, and not rounded up.

We would rather show nothing here than publish results we cannot stand behind. If you would like to understand how CER approaches an engagement in the meantime, the methodology below sets out the sequence, and each service page describes the specific deliverables that come out of it.

For references relevant to your sector, ask during an initial conversation and we will tell you what we can share.

How we work

The CER framework

Crystalise

Establish where the organisation actually stands: current position, obligations, exposure and the gaps between them.

Crystalise stage: five assessment panels covering Baseline Assessment, Data and Evidence Review, Stakeholder Analysis, Gap Assessment and Regulatory Mapping, with a central display showing the clear baseline output.
  • Baseline assessment
  • Data and evidence review
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Gap assessment
  • Regulatory mapping
  1. Economise

Decide where effort and investment should go, so the programme addresses what is material rather than everything at once.

    • Materiality assessment
    • Prioritisation
    • Roadmap development
    • Financial assessment
    • Target setting
  2. Revitalise

Put the programme into operation, measure it, and build the internal capability to keep it running.

    • Implementation support
    • Reporting
    • Training
    • Performance tracking
    • Continuous improvement
