Built by a host who manages every home like it’s her own.
Megan listed her own San Antonio home in 2021 to cover the mortgage during a planned move to Panama. The move fell through. The love of hosting didn’t.
That first summer brought an AC failure in 105-degree heat and an arbitrage rental across town — two listings, managed on her own. By late 2023 other hosts were asking for her help, and when Airbnb expanded its Co-Host Network to San Antonio, Hosted Havens was born.

What does Hosted Havens manage?
The day-to-day operation of your short or mid-term rental: guest communication, pricing, listing creation and optimization, cleaning, inspections, maintenance coordination, restocking and owner support.
Is Hosted Havens a co-host or a property manager?
Hosted Havens is a full-service short-term rental co-host. We are not a traditional long-term property manager, but we perform the operational work that makes a short-term rental succeed.
How much does Hosted Havens charge?
Typically 18%–22% per booking, with a one-time $150–$500 listing setup fee. Final pricing depends on property type, condition, service requirements and agreed scope.
Can I still use my property personally?
Yes. You can block dates on the calendar and use your home whenever you like.
Do I sign a long-term contract?
No. Service is flexible, with no long-term contract.
How much can my property earn?
It depends on the home, location, amenities and season, so we don’t quote a number without looking. The free property analysis reviews your property, local demand and comparable rentals.
