Megan
Leads strategy, owner relationships and the guest experience standard.
Hosted Havens is a San Antonio short-term rental co-hosting company combining hospitality, revenue strategy and hands-on property care. More bookings, less stress, total peace of mind.

Originally from Virginia, Megan has called San Antonio home since 2016. She started hosting in 2021 — first with her own home, then with an arbitrage rental across town.
Those early months were a crash course: a failed air conditioner in a 105-degree heatwave, two listings managed single-handedly and every lesson learned the hard way. Something clicked anyway. Megan discovered a real passion for creating welcoming spaces and exceptional guest experiences — and years of customer service and operations experience finally had a natural home in hospitality.
She invested in the right tools, studied operations and refined everything from guest rules and communication to cleaning protocols. By late 2023, other hosts were asking for her advice. When Airbnb expanded its Co-Host Network to San Antonio, she saw the opportunity to partner with owners directly, and in early 2024 Hosted Havens was born.
With more than two decades of customer service and operational training experience and a lifelong love of residential real estate, Megan built the business on a simple standard: manage every property as if it were her own, keep guests at the center and never compromise on quality.
